DGP says red corner notice against KVP received

Director General of Police, Prasada Rao said here Sunday that they had received the red corner notice issued against Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP KVP Ramachandra Rao.
He said that they were holding discussions on the notice with CBI, the nodal agency for Interpol in India.
Replying to a question, he said that any special supervision was not needed on KVP as he is an MP.
It may be recalled that the Interpol had issued a red corner notice against Rao in the Titanium mining case. The officials in the CB CID received the notice on Friday.
He said that they were waiting for reply on some issues from CBI, on arresting the leader.(NSS)
