Director General of Police M Mahendar Reddy today inaugurated the first ever Technology Fusion Centre in the Hyderabad City Police Commissionerate.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahendar Reddy said the fusion centre was established with the latest technology and all the information relating to the police force are tested in the ‘Fusion Centre’ to install at the main CCC. Emergency Response Unit, CC cameras command control will be linked with it so that it would greatly reduce the crime rate in the State. He also said the Technology Fusion Centre will be shifted to the Banjara Hills Command Control Centre when it was launched after completion.
Stating that Police department will be synonymous with Technology, the DGP said
said the center will be a replicate of Command and Control Centre (CCC) for Police which will set up in 20 storied building, at Banjara Hills to be operational by this year end.
