Hyderabad: DGP of Telangana State, Mr. Anurag Sharma will complete his term on 14th November. There are possibilities that his tenure of office would be extended by 3-6 months.
It is understood that Govt. of TS is not showing any interest in the appointment of new DGP for the State. However, there are 7 names which are making rounds for the coveted post of DGP including the present Home Secretary, Mr. Rajiv Trivedi, Sandeep Laktakia and Commissioner of Hyderabad City Police, Mr. Mahender Reddy.
