Strongly criticizing YSRCP president Jaganmohan Reddy, TDP senior leader Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao today alleged that the latter met Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi to get away from the criminal cases filed against him.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Thursday, the TDP leader said, “Jagan always gave importance to selfish politics. He even ridiculed the TDP for giving assurance of waiving off loans of farmers. But TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu would keep his promise and his first signature would be on the file of waiving of farmers’ loans”. Jagan should desist from leveling baseless allegations and it would be better if he works to solve peoples’ problem”, TDP leader said.
He said the party and its president Chandrababu Naidu would keep his promises by waiving loans to farmers, Devineni asserted. There was no change in Jagan although his mother and honorary president Vijayamma was defeated in Visakhapatnam. Chandrababu Naidu has no time to condemn allegations leveled by Jagan. (NSS)
