Osman Nagar Bandlaguda is facing acute water scarcity problem. People rely on water tankers. Hence to solve water scarcity problem construction of water tank began on February 24, 2009 with the cost of 22.37 crore and Muslims were assured that their water problem would be solved soon. But the work is lying unfinished so far.
During a grand function at Khaja Pahadi on February 9, 2009, foundation stone was laid of a big project. It was underground cable project with the cost of 24.48 crore. The project is limited to foundation laying only.
On June 5, 2011 foundation was laid for a multi-level parking complex with the cost of 32 crore. Let alone the developmental work, the foundation tablet of the project is also missing.
On March 2009 in a grand function, foundation of a 20 crore project was laid at Ismail Nagar, Bandlaguda. The project was regarding construction of 50 bed hostel for orphan and homeless children. Many religious scholars were invited in the function. Even after 5 years the work has not even begun.
