Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday met Communist Party Secretary of Shanghai Han Zheng here, terming the development of the city an inspiration for the world.
Ministry of External Affairs official spokesperson Vikas Swarup took to twitter to share information of the meeting between the two leaders.
“PM @narendramodi meeting Shanghai Party Secretary Han Zheng,” he posted.
“PM:Tremendous development of Shanghai in just 25 years is an inspiration and a model for the world. Exemplar of 3S – scale speed and skill,” he added.
Prime Minister Modi , currently on the final leg of his trip to China, is scheduled to depart for Ulan Bator later in the day. (ANI)
