Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu called upon political parties to work in tandem for development of the country and not to do politics after elections. Politics should be only in elections, he said. Later, opposition parties should extend cooperation for development, the union minister said while addressing a Kishan Gramsabha at Bowrampet village of Quthubullapur mandal in neighboring Rangareddy district.
Venkaiah Naidu said politically BJP and TRS are different. But both parties are working in tandem. In the same way, BJP working in co-operation with Chanedrababu Naidu’s government in Andhra Pradesh state. Prime Minister Narendra Modi believes that if villages developed, the country would get developed. The Prime Minister is giving top priority for village development and agriculture, the union minister said.
Venkaiah Naidu said to give boost to agriculture sector the prime minister has taken up various programs like Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bhima Yojna, construction of godams, interlinking of rivers and shipyards. (NSS)
