TDP candidate from Nampally assembly constituency, Mohammed Feroz Khan has made it clear that he is contesting the elections with the sole spirit of public service. He has served the people of Nampally irrespective of religion for the past 10 years without any post. Keeping in view his services in slum localities and among poor people of Nampally, voters advised him to contest on Telugu Desam Party ticket.
Mohammed Feroz Khan who filed his nomination papers on Wednesday, announced in an interview given to Siasat that on winning the elections he would turn Nampally into a developed area. No part of the Nampally assembly constituency will remain backward or deprived of basic facilities.
Feroz Khan lamented that the party which boasts itself as the representative of Muslims used BJP leadership to deprive him of TDP ticket. On which BJP leaders met Chandrababu Naidu and demanded to allot Nampally assembly constituency to them in return they offered Malakpet constituency. How can the party which can approach BJP for their political gain be a representative or sympathiser of Muslims, he asked.
