Hyderabad: Shaik Abdul Azeez, President of Kukatpally Eidgah phase – IV told that one year after Mr. Zahid Ali Khan started arranging burials of Muslim destitute dead bodies, Harish Chandra Foundation was established for performing the last rites of Hindu dead bodies and Govt. allocated some amount for the burial arrangements for Hindu dead bodies. When the attention of Mr. Zahid Ali Khan was invited toward this fact requesting him to approach the Govt. for getting grants, he refused to request the Govt. for this. He told that he does not want to include the in this pious ritual. He appealed to the people to donate generously for this cause. This arrangement is being continued for the past so many years.
Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily received a letter from Alwal Church for making burial arrangements of Mohammed Iqbal who was working in the church. His dead body and other eight Muslim death body were obtained from Osmani and Gandhi Hospitals and buried.
