(Siasat News)C.P.I took a strong objection to supply of gas to Maharastra despite energy crisis in A.P. It objected to the steps taken by Central Govt. for allocation more gas to Maharastra. Both, Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy and Petroleum Minister, Mr. Jaipal Reddy have failed to protect the interests of the State.
C.P.I is holding a meeting today at 11 am at Makhdoom Bhavan, Himayathnagar, Hyd. to review energy crisis in the State and to launch agitation.
Dr. K. Narayana, State Secretary of C.P.I while talking to newsmen yesterday, disclosed this.
He severely criticized both Central and State governments and said that both failed to solve energy crisis in the State. He alleged that this situation has arisen as a result of personal differences between Mr. S. Jaipal Reddy and Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy.
