Chairman of Telangana Political JAC, Prof. Kodandaram threatened that if N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, C.M. of A.P. does not change his stand on Telangana, JAC will start ”Non-Cooperation Movement” again. He told this while addressing Dharna program organized by Telangana Political JAC at Indira Park yesterday. He told that this decision has not been taken in haste. It has been decided after consulting all the parties in various meetings. He regretted that despite taking a decision on Telangana, the process of its formation is being delayed. He demanded the Central Govt. to present Telangana Bill in the monsoon session of Parliament. He also criticized the efforts made by Seema Andhra M.P’s to disturb the proceedings of the Parliaments. He appealed to them that they should honour the sentiments of Telangana people and abundant their agitation. He also attacked the news channels of Seema Andhra region that they are exaggerating the agitation. They are trying to incite the people of Seema Andhra. They are also avoiding to telecast the peace rallies organized by Telangana JAC in Telangana region. He advised the news channels to report the events impartially. He further told that the delay in the process of implementation of decision for the formation of separate Telangana State is not acceptable and said that Anthony committee should finish its work as early as possible. He also said that the apprehensions of seema Andhra people in the event of formation of Telangana are unnecessary.
