President of Telangana Medical Officers’ Association, Dr. Mohammed Saleem, Dr. A.A. Khan, Gen Secretary and others have appreciated the change of Nomenclatures of the teaching staff of Unani Medical Colleges in the State.
According to the rules of Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi, the post of Lecturer/Technical Assistant will now be called Assistant Professor, Senior Lecturer and Assistant Research Officers will be designated as Associate Professor. Reader/Research Officer will now be called as Professors.
Dr. Mir Yousuf Ali, Addl Director and others applauded the steps taken by Government of Telangana.
