Hyderabad: Uppal Police seized demonetized Indian currency worth Rs. 1, 00, 87, 000and arrested seven persons including the car driver.
According to the report, Darvesh Qadri (45), Sheik Haroon (40), owner of currency, Zakir (38), Gumandeep Singh (30), Mahender Chowdhary (24), Sheik Adeek (30) and the car driver, Sheik Allah Baksh (23) were arrested.
Police seized seven cellphones, a car and currency and arrested the accused.
