State Girijana Vidyarthi Samakhya Samiti demanded State Chief Secretary, Dr. P.K. Mohanty to issue instructions to APPSC for providing jobs to unemployed youths. A delegation led by Mr. V. Shankar Nayak, President of the Samiti met the Chief Secretary and gave him a representation in which it was stated that Govt. had promised to provide jobs to unemployed youths and therefore they are preparing for the competitive examinations. APPSC did not issue any notification for Group-I, Group-II, DSC and Panchayat Secretaries. Many unemployed graduates are getting coaching in various institutes by paying huge amounts. The delegation demanded the Govt. to issue notification immediately.
