In order to prevent communal riots in the country, it is essential to pass anti communal riots bill of 2011 in the Winter Session of the Parliament. This bill is helpful in punishing the culprits. Communal elements are opposing this bill. It may be clarified that it is not against the Hindus or any other religion.
It is necessary for the Muslims, Daliths and Backward communities to raise their voice for passing this bill.
Mr. Mushtaq Malik, Mr. Hamad Husain Shuttari, Mr. M.A. Basith, Mr. Alawaddin Ansari, Mr. Farooq Ali Khan and other have demanded the Govt. to pass the bill.
