3+ years experience in Delphi 7 and above (Preferably Delphi XE)
Familiar with third party components and tools : DevExpress, Add-in Express, Devart, FastReport and Final Builder.
5+ Years Experience in Database Design
5+ Years Experience in Object Oriented Programming.
Experience in SQL Server & TSQL
Experience in ERP Development
Experience in Multi Threaded Application Development
Experience with modeling tools (Preferably Model Maker 11)
Experience with an agile software methodology (XP and pair programming).
Experience with recursive and incremental software development strategy.
Good knowledge of MAPI
Familiar with MS Exchange Server Concept
General Skills:
