Description
· Any graduate or postgraduate
· 1 to 5 years international call center experience (inbound or outbound)
· Excellent communication skills
· Willing to work in night shifts (24*7 work environment)
· Taking calls and providing technical support
Knowledge in:
· MS Office 2003-2007 including Outlook
· Hardware and software of laptops and desktops
· Troubleshooting operating system (XP and Vista)
· ISP, LAN, and WAN
PDAs, printers, palmtops
