Shakira, who gave birth to her first son Milan in January, has admitted that giving birth was far less glamorous than she had previously imagined.
The `Gypsy` singer, who is dating Barcelona and Spain defender Gerard Pique, said that delivering a baby is not as idyllic as people make it seem, the Daily Express reported.
She said that one should not expect their child to be a rosy-cheeked cherub when he’s born.
“When I saw mine, I thought ‘Oh my god. He is purple and wrinkled. What is this?” the star said.
Shakira also admitted that she had post-pregnancy fears regarding her body and if her boyfriend would ever be attracted to her the way he used to. (ANI)
