Deliberate injustice, carelessness are the causes of Muslim backwardness: Amer Ali Khan

Hyderabad: News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, Mr. Amer Ali Khan told that the past of the Muslims was golden. Though the present is backward but we can plan for the bright future. He advised the Muslims of Koratla to be the role model for the entire Telangana State by creating “Baitulmal”. He offered full cooperation of Siasat Urdu Daily for this.

He was addressing the certificate distribution ceremony of the successful candidates of tailoring. Mr. Mohammed Nayeemuddin, Ameer of Jamat-e-Islami, Jagtiyal conducted the meeting.

Continuing his speech, Mr. Amer Ali Khan told that before Indian independence, 42% Muslims were in Govt. service. It got reduced to 0.4% now. He pointed out that there was a deliberate attempt to do injustice to the Muslims. Muslims should forget the past and plan for the bright future.

Citing the example of Bill Gates, he told that Mr. Gates had advised people to teach the Art of catching fishes instead of feeding the fish. He also quoted the example of Junaid who is the live example of the progress of Muslims of Koratla. Considering his bright educational record, Siasat Urdu Daily supported him, as a result of which, he is working as an Engineer in a noted company of Hyderabad. He asked the Muslims of Koratla to prepare a project for the development of Muslims and make an attempt to become self-sufficient.

He congratulated the girls who successfully completed tailoring training. He advised them to publicize the garments they prepared for their marketing.

President of the function, Mr. Abdul Ghaffar, former Chairman of Koratla Municipality thanked Mr. Amer Ali Khan that he visits Koratla whenever requested. He applauded the welfare activities of Siasat Urdu Daily. He announced that he would donate Rs. 1000 per month for a year to meet the expenses of the tailoring center. He thanked Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily for donating Rs. 60000 for Jagtiyal College. He also applauded Du-ba-Du program launched by Siasat. He said that Siasat is doing yeomen service by arranging the burials of unclaimed destitute Muslim dead bodies.

Mr. Mahmood Ali Afsar, Superintendent of the Dept. of Minorities Welfare said that Siasat Urdu Daily and Mr. Amer Ali Khan have always cooperated in welfare activities. He mentioned that Minorities Finance Corporation will give 1000 sewing machines for which these trained girls are eligible.

Mr. M. Chandrasekhar, President of Press Club, Koratla applauded the welfare activities of Siasat Urdu Daily. Mr. Mohammed Ilyas Ahmed Khan, Ameer of Jamat-e-Islami thanked Siasat Urdu Daily for establishing tailoring center at Koratla.

Mr. Amer Ali Khan garlanded Mohammed Abdul Mujahid Adil, Press Reporter and Telugu Journalist, M. Chandrasekhar. Mr. Mohammed Zameeruddin garlanded Mr. Mohammed Junaid, Engineer. The services of Mr. Mohammed Abdus Saleem Farooqui, reporter of Siasat, Koratla were applauded. Mr. Abdul Ghaffar presented a memento to Mr. Amer Ali Khan.
