New Delhi: Aspiring actor and Tik Tok celebrity Mohit Mor was murdered due to rivalry enmity between Jyoti-Nandu gang and Mahal-Solanki gang, the gang war shootout that took place on May 19 at Dwarka Mor Metro Station.
Nearly after a week’s probe, the Delhi police have confirmed Mor’s murder is indeed connected to the gang war.
According to reports, Nandu gang headed by Sandeep Pehelwan alias Silotia, while the Solanki gang headed by Vikas Dalal was killed in the Dwarka shootout on May 19.
Sandeep Pahalwan’s accomplice Mangu had invested around Rs 30 lakh in a property in Mohan Garden through Mohit Mor but after Mangu’s murder, Mor refused to return the money to Pahalwan and instead took protection from the Mahal-Solanki gang.
This refusal enraged Pahalwan and he hired three juveniles to murder Mor.
Pahalwan called the juveniles on Tuesday and asked him to meet him in
Najafgarh. He later gave them three pistols, one each to the juvenile, Vikas and Rohit, and asked them to kill Mor either in the gym or in a photostat shop,” a police officer probing the case said.
One of the arrested shooters revealed the information after the Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested him.
The Delhi police are now on the lookout for Pehalwan.
