In another shocking revelation it has been reported that rape accused Manoj Kumar, who was arrested by police yesterday had also raped his wife before marriage.
He later on married the girl abiding by village panchayat’ orders.
Rape accused Manoj Kumar, 22, was arrested from his in-laws’ house Chitkouna village in Muzzafarpur district of Bihar yesterday. He was sent to Delhi by air and has been interrogated by Delhi police.
Surprisingly, Manoj’s wife, who herself has been a victim of sexual assault demands for the release of her husband.
But, the villagers want Manoj to be hanged without any mercy.
It has also been anticipated that the villagers are planning to boycott Manoj and his family after they have discovered Manoj’s involvement in raping a 5-year old.
Manoj had kidnapped the 5-year old girl, who is a resident of Delhi’s gandhinagar area. Manoj is a labourer living on the ground floor of the same house in working class neighborhood. He kept her captive and made her starve for two days. He raped her repeatedly.
According to police, the girl was released by her parents when they heard her screams on Wednesday. Manoj had locked the house from outside and fled assuming her girl to be dead.
