Delhi likely to get light rain tomorrow

New Delhi: The national capital is likely to get respite from soaring temperature, with the weatherman forecasting light rain and thundershower tomorrow.

It was a humid Sunday with the maximum temperature settling at 36.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal, a MeT official said.

The minimum temperature stood at 28.5 degrees Celsius, also a notch above normal.

The relative humidity level oscillated between 80 and 70 per cent.

The MeT office has forecast overcast conditions along with the possibility of very light rain and thundershower for tomorrow.

“The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 33 and 27 degrees Celsius, respectively,” the weatherman said.

Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures settled at 36.4 and 28.4 degrees Celsius, respectively.
