New Delhi, March 24: In the backdrop of an official committee naming him for inadequacies in connection with Commonwealth Games, Delhi Lt Governor Tejinder Khanna has sent a “detailed dossier” to the Prime Miniter’s Office explaining the circumstances leading to the offering a Rs 760-crore bailout package to Games Village developer Emmar MGF.

Khanna took the action as the V K Shunglu Committee, probing the CWG scams, never sought his comments and of the officials involved while investigating the alleged irregularities in Games Village project.
