New Delhi, July 23: The Delhi High Court today asked Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya(RPVV), a school run by Delhi government, to admit within a week a minor boy who was denied the same on the ground that he came from a Delhi University-run school that did not not come under Delhi Education Act.
“The NCT government and RPVV school are directed to, within one week from today, and subject to the petitioner and his parents complying with all necessary formalities, admit the petitioner to respondent RPVV school,” said Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw while disposing a petition filed by Master Aditya Gaur.
