The Delhi government on Monday evening accepted all the demands of the resident doctors in the city who had gone on strike.
Resident doctors in the city had earlier gone on strike, demanding more rooms, cleaner environment, better salaries and working hours.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that he has directed the city`s Health Department to implement the demands of the doctors, adding that his government is committed to providing the best health facilities to the people.
He also admitted that the demands the medicos struck him as genuine.
