A delegation of Jamat e Islami Hind, Greater Hyderabad and SIO called on Mr. Nayani Narasimha Reddy, Home Minister, Govt. of Telangana and presented a memorandum regarding the recent encounter of five Muslim youth by the Telangana Police and demanded to setup CBI enquiry on the case. The delegation also demanded justice to the victims and ex gratia to their families. It also demanded to book FIR against all the police personal involved in this heinous extra judicial killing of five undertrials. Home Minister assured immediate action in this connection.
The delegation also met Deputy Chief Minster of Telangana Mr. Mahmood Ali.
The delegation included Dr. Mohammed Khalid Mubashir uz Zafar, Nazim e Shahar JIH Hyderabad, Mr. Mohammed Rashaduddin, City Secretary, JIH Hyderabad, Mr. Ubaidullah Shareef Zaki., City PR Secretary, JIH Hyderabad, Mr. Khaleeq Ahmed Khan (SIO) and Mr. Arif Husain (SIO).
