Hyderabad, March 6: A youth distraught by delay in marriage with uncle’s daughter hanged himself to death. The incident took place under Naridmet police station limits. According to police sources Daniel John (24), in drunken state, hanged himself to death yesterday night in front of his house.
Robert John’s son Daniel John resident of Naridmet colony was insisting to marry his maternal uncle’s daughter meanwhile Daniel’s parents talked to his uncle however he refused get his daughter married saying that she is immature and it could not be possible at this age. But Daniel was adamant in his demand.
Daniel had been working in a private company for the past 8 months. Dejected by the refusal of his uncle, Daniel resorted to suicide. Police Naridmet have registered a case in this connection and investigations are on.
