Although chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is keen to appoint officials on the vacant posts for effective implementation of minority schemes in Telangana; however on one side there is paucity of officials to serve in minority welfare and on the other hand officials are not ready to serve in the department. This situation has landed the government into trouble. Due to delay in distribution of officials of All India Services the government is unable to appoint officers for minority institutions.
It is said that after taking charge as chief minister, Chandrashekhar Rao took stock of the performance of minority institutions and he is keen to make recruitments on vacant posts to ensure effective implementation of new schemes and complete disbursement of minority welfare budget.
