Hyderabad, April 20: Mr. Rodney Woods, the director finance of the famous car manufacturing company BMW, appeared at Central Crime Station.
Pawan Kumar of Madhapur had purchased BMW car of 7 series on September 25, 2009 at Rs 1crore. But the car was found to have some technical defects following which he complained at the showroom. The company changed the spare parts. But after some days again he approached the showroom as the technical defects remain. But he was not answered satisfactorily. Later on he lodged a complaint with Panjagutta police station.
Panjagutta police shifted the case to Central Crime Station but BMW Company took stay order from the high court against the case.
However CCS officials recently appealed to vacate the stay following which director finance of the company Mr. Rodney Woods appeared before Central Crime Station.
