Mumbai, July 20: While shooting for director Pradeep Sarkar’s film Lafangey Parindey, a scene demanded Deepika Padukone, who plays a foul-mouthed blind girl, to whack co-star Neil Nitin Mukesh and his friends with a broom. But the actress hit them very delicately.
That’s when director Pradeep Sarkar jumped in for a demo. He held the broom and showed Deepika how she was supposed to beat up the boys. While the boys ended up with bruised bums, Deepika could hardly control her giggles.
Sarkar then called for the retake, and now our babe knew what she had to do. She not only whacked the boys’ hard on their butts but also threw a pail of water on them.
