UAE: Govt. of UAE had given permission to expatriates to get their residential permits legalized. This facility has been extended till the end of October this year.
Such of the workers who do not have authorized documents will be stamped “exit-entry” and they will be eligible to re-enter the country after a gap of two years.
The workers who have valid passports and want to come back to India may do so without any legal complications.
Minister of Information Technology and NRI Affairs, Mr. KT Rama Rao has advised all the Telangana workers working in UAE to avail of the opportunity given by the UAE Govt. for the legalization of their documents.
He also requested all such Telangana workers to contact Indian Embassy officials at Abu Dhabi.
