Ms. Zakira Begum, resident of Saadatnagar, Yakutpura was recruited by an agent for household work in Riyaz, Saudi Arabia. She went to Riyaz on 3rd May and soon after joining duty in a private house two Saudi citizens Ewaz and Saleh removed her hair and compelled her to do unpleasant works. She immediately informed about her difficulties in Riyaz to her sister in Hyderabad.
Her sister Ms. Shehnaz Begum registered a complaint with the office of Dy. Commissioner of Police (South Zone). Dr. A. Sabharwal, DCP (South Zone) took action immediately and entrusted this case to Mr. Faseeh
Ahmed Asst. Sub Inspector he with the assistance of constable Mr. Feroze, he contacted the Indian Embassy, Riyaz and sent all the details. Our embassy took an urgent action in this case and Zakira Begum was sent back to Hyderabad on 26th May.
DCP promised an ward to Asst Sub Inspector and the constable for their timely help. DCP has appealed to public not to fall prey to the cheating agents for foreign recruitments.
