Deccan Radio mirrors Indian and Hyderabadi culture and civilization

Siasat Daily is not just a newspaper but a movement in itself. Various activities are undertaken under its banner and carrying out community and social services. Scores of students and general public are benefiting from these services. These views were expressed by Mr. Amer Ali Khan news editor Siasat. He was addressing a group of students of Department Mass Media of Ramnarain Ruia College Mumbai, on their visit to Deccan Radio Office to get acquainted with the services of Urdu Media, Mass Communication, Siasat Daily and Deccan Radio.

News editor Siasat Mr. Amer Ali Khan apprised them of the social, welfare, educational and religious services rendered by Siasat Daily and said that a career guidance cell was established in Mahboob Husain Jigar from where students sought guidance regarding education and career selection.

Mr. Amer Ali Khan also answered the queries made by the students regarding media. Earlier Mr. Zahed Farooqui gave an introduction of Deccan Radio and pointed out the difference between community radio and commercial radio. He informed that Deccan radio represented Indian and Hyderabadi culture and civilization.
