Mumbai, March 28: Deccan Chargers skipper Adam Gilchrist won the toss and elected to bat against Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League encounter at DY Patil Stadium here today.
Deccan Chargers have made three changes in the side. VVS Laxman, Rohit Sharma and Chaminda Vaas were out. Kemar Roach has been making his IPL debut today while Jaskaran Singh and Monish Mishra are in the final XI.
After losing the toss, Sachin Tendulkar said that he wanted to bat. Mumbai Indians have also made couple of changes in the side. Mumbai have left out Aditya Tare and Ambati Rayudu. It will be interesting to see who will keep wicket in absence of Tare.
