Hyderabad, August 8: Distressed over debt burden, two persons hanged themselves to death, while one among them is said to have been scared of the alleged threatening by the lender. The incidents occurred under Bowenpally and Kachiguda police station limits. 47 year old Ramesh Kumar who did chit fund business hanged himself to death as he couldn’t collect money. He was distressed over debt burden.
In another incident Santosh a medicine businessman at Kachiguda hanged himself at a lodge. Santosh resident of L B Nagar was worried since past few days as he had started medicine business along with his friends by taking a loan of 20 lakh. However he was allegedly ripped off by the friends and he suffered heavy loss in the business. The lenders were demanding the money back. Santosh took a room at a lodge and hanged himself to death.
