Deadly blast rocks mosque in Yemen’s Sanaa during Eid prayers

Karachi: An explosion has rocked a mosque during Eidul Azha prayers in Yemen’s rebel-held capital, Sanaa.

According to The Express Tribune, the blast happened on Thursday morning in the Balili mosque near a police academy in Sanaa, which is controlled by the Houthi insurgents, said witnesses.

The blast killed at least 25 people and 30 others wounded

Sanaa has been attacked by a string of bombings in the recent months by Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
