Hyderabad, October 25: Director General (news) Doordarshan Mr. Shahzad Mohammad told that another Urdu bulletin will be started shortly by Doordarshan. Mr. SM Khan was exchanging views with the dignitaries of Hyderabad during a tea party hosted by Colonel Qaleej Khan at his residence.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, editor Siasat, Mr. Syed Viqaruddin editor Rahnuma-e-Deccan, Mr. Zafar Jaweed chairman Islamic Development Band, Mr. Fazil Husain Parvez editor Gawah, Mr. Manzoorul Ameen former Director General Doordarshan, K M Arifuddin, Captain Aziz Baig, Mr. Mohammad Saleem vice president TDP, Mr. Ziauddin Nayyar and Prof. Masood Ahmed president Indian Association of Management schools were present on the occasion.
Mr. S M Khan told that Doordarshan’s news bulletin and other programmes are standard and authentic compared to any other private channel. Now the concept of breaking news of the private channels is over since every news is breaking news.
