Shimla: The maximum temperature in Himachal Pradesh today rose by three to four degrees Celsius with mercury at Una in Shivalik foothills soaring to 38.2 degrees Celsius.
Sundernagar, Bhuntar, Nahan and Solan recorded a high of 33.9, 31.6, 31.4 and 31 degrees Celsius, respectively, four to six degrees above normal.
Dharamsala recorded the maximum at 25.4 degrees Celsius, followed by Shimla 25.1, Manali and Kalpa at 21 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature also rose by two to three degrees.
Keylong was coldest in the region at 2.5 degrees Celsius while Manali and Kalpa recorded a low of 7.8 and 8.8, respectively, followed by Dharamsala 14.6, Bhuntar 15.5, Shimla and Sundernagar 16.3, Palampur 16.5, Una 19.7 and Nahan 20.5 degrees Celsius.
The sky remained partially overcast and mild breeze swept the region, the MeT office said.
