Dattatraya hails BJP landslide in Delhi civic polls

Union Minister of State for Labour & Employment Bandaru Dattatraya today hailed the landslide of Bharateeya Janata Party in the elections to three Delhi Municipal Corporations and said the results are the reflections of the success of Narendra Modi Government across the country.

In a statement here immediately after the election results were out, Dattatraya said the empty promises of Aam Aadmi Party like free power and so on which are impractical have been rejected by the public of Delhi and this has been proven through the election results for the Municipal bodies.

The Delhi civic election results supported the policies and programs of Narendra Modi government, his approach of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas, Ek Bharath Shresht Bharath” and the programs for “Gaon, Nagar, Gareeb, Kisan, Mazdoor, Mahila, Youth” for their welfare and development. The Skill Development, Employment Creation, Direct Benefit Transfer, GST, programs for farmers, doubling of their incomes, housing for all are well received by the public and the people have reposed their confidence in the functioning and delivery of goods by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Dattatraya said the AAP should at least now realize that the delivery of goods was important and performance is primary.  Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejrival should immediately stop criticism and personal vendetta against Narendra Modi keeping in view his failures in governance.  The Narendra Modi government was on the path of reform, perform, transform and the people have supported this approach, he added.

The Delhi Municipal election results are indicative of the results of future general elections and a compass besides motivation for the effective functioning of Narendra Modi Govt and its people-oriented welfare, developmental programs besides the transparent, responsible, accountable, corruption-free government at the Centre for the past three years.
