Darbhanga: Kidnapping of a poor Muslim girl, police remains clueless even after two weeks

Darbhanga (Baadh Samaula): Police remain clueless even after 13 days since the 14 YO girl Rizwana was allegedly kidnapped on 11 November 2016. Rizwana the daughter of daily wage farm laborer of Baadh Samaula village (Keoti police station in Dharbhaga district) Bihar did not return home at the evening after her regular chore of collecting leaves from mango orchards, which are used by the family to light the hearth for dinner.

When the family got concerned and went looking for her a 12 year old boy told them that he had seen two boys of a nearby village forcefully making Rizwana seated on the scooter after cramming her dupatta in her mouth.

An FIR was lodged on 13th November but the local police is still clueless about the culprits. Talking to muslimmirror.com the girls’ mother Razia Khatoon said that her daughter was kidnapped by two Pawan boys who have previous criminal record including kidnapping.

She suspects that the boys have bribed the police but SHO Sitaram Prasad denied any such thing and said that the investigation will continue.
