The 91st board meeting of Daeratul Maarif, Osmania University was held under the chairmanship of vice chancellor Osmania University which reviewed matters like performance of Daeratul Maarif, sanction of budget and expenditure.
Ex-vice chancellor Prof. Sulaiman Siddiqui, director/secretary Daeratul Maarif Mustafa Shareef, commissioner minority welfare M A Waheed and members attended the meeting. A comprehensive report on the performance of Daeratul Maarif was presented in the meeting which was found satisfactory. Issues like requirement of more staff to improve performance and promotion of present staff were discussed.
It was pointed out that some part of the 4th quarterly installment of the year 2012-13 was not received by the Daeratul Maarif, on which vice chancellor assured to take measures for timely collection of budget.
