YSRCP President and Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had two important visitors at the Chancalguda jail here on Saturday.
His mother YS Vijayamma, YSRCP’s honorary president, met him. The duo reportedly exchanged views for some time. There have been some negative reports in the media about the party affairs of late.
Earlier, Dadi Veerabhadra Rao and his son Ratnkar had met him in the jail. Dadi had quit TDP after he was not re-nominated to the Council. He was the floor leader of TDP. Former Speaker Y Ramkrishunudu took his place. He was with the TDP since its inception.
Dadi said that he will support Jagan and announced that he will join the party at a later date. He has been a vocal detractor of YSRCP while he was in TDP.
The Jagan I heard about is different to the Jagan I had seen.
“I criticized YS family in tune with the policy of TDP and I have nothing personal against them. I came to know the facts now and firmly believe that gross injustice was done to them,’ he said. I will now stand by the family, he said. (INN)
