Cyberabad Police has accumulation of 3017 abandoned and unclaimed vehicles of various types and makes which is pooled at the Parade ground CAR Head Quarters Amberpet. It is proposed to dispose of these vehicles by way of Public auction as empowered Under section 7 of Cyberabad (Metropolitan area) Police Act 2004 R/w section 40 of Hyderabad City Police Act.
Any person having any objection or ownership interest in any of these vehicles may file an application before the Deputy Commissioner of Police CAR Head Quarters Cyberabad Police Commissionerate and claim his vehicle within 3 Months, failing which the vehicles will be auctioned. The official auctioneer and proceeds credited to Govt. Treasury.
