Cyberabad Police organized a meeting with “Goshala Federation” on the eve of Bakrid, at Commissioner of Police Office, Gachibowli here. Commissioner C.V.Anand, Jt.CP, DCsP, ACsP and Goshala Federation members spoke in the meeting.
The Commissioner of Police suggested to the members of Goshala Federation not to interfere in policing and to let the Police do their duty as per Law. He said that they can give information to police on transportation of cows and leave it to police to take necessary action. He reiterated that if members of Goshala Federation interfere in policing, action will be initiated. He asked members of Goshala Federation to express their views on this issue.
The federation members said that local police are delaying in registration of cases and requested to take complaints quickly in police stations and to give acknowledgments. The commissioner agreed to take necessary action on the issues raised by them. ACPs of Cyberabad Commissionarate also suggested to the members to cooperate in this issue. They have reminded them of the previous years circumstances that lead to incidents of stone pelting, other Law and Order problems.
