Mumbai, July 24: If you think Diya Mirza can only carry off roles that require her to look cute and angelic, wait for producer Sanjay Gupta’s Acid Factory.
The actress has done some daredevil stunts in the film which stars a host of male actors. In fact, Diya is the only female star.
To do the stunts herself, Diya took special training from action director Tinnu Verma.
“An actor’s body needs agility to carry off the action or stunt sequence convincingly. The body needs to be in form. I trained to develop my body before the film went on the floors,” Diya said at the unveiling of the film’s First Look in Mumbai earlier this week.
