Urgent opening for ‘Customer support / Customer care executives cum online moderator’ with experience in voice / non-voice process. The job description for this job profile is as below:
Moderate user generated content on our websites / applications where users post and upload content
Content like photos, profile information is uploaded by users. This content needs to be approved or disapproved based on internal policy.
Customer support role includes answering customer support tickets via customer support dashboard (non-voice)
Prior training will be provided for candidates to understand work flow and processes
