One of the F500 co. is hiring for customer service voice support

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Any Graduate with min of 1 Year in international calling experience .

2. Receiving calls from customers and giving the required information

3. Assisting customers with the required information & handling Irate customers

4. Ensure they following the process metrics.

5. Should have exposure in end to end customer service.

6 should have excellent communication skills

Shift Timing : fixed shift ( But candidate should be flexible)
Exp: 1 to 4yrs
