Customer Service Representative
Contributes primarily in handling complex customer escalations, sometimes involving social media,
HP executives, legal team.
Provide professional solutions to HP end-users, dealers and service providers originating from
unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence.
Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team
efforts.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Other degree from a recognised university.
Should have Knowledge in technical troubleshooting.
Good analytical thinking, technical analysis.
Effective customer communication.
Knowledge of MS office tools.
Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
