Shift: Rotational (us-6pm onwards)
CTC: 1.75 TO 3.6LPA (Fixed) + variables
Experience: any experienced & freshers can also apply
Qualification: Any graduate/ but no diploma

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced with Google Accounts and other technical issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement
