Job Description:

Adhering to SLA & compliance for the process
Ability to work on Microsoft Excel
Ability to maintain the Portfolio & Product performance.
Good knowledge about banking collections
Ability to staffing, forecasting, and roistering for agents
Ability to tracking movements of various portfolios through complex, analytical MIS reports
Ability to monitoring the daily and weekly conversion/ resolution vis–vis the client targets
Ability to managing attrition through better team-building and team management drives.
Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.
Ability to track the Agents performance & coaching,feedback for the agents.
Ensure the call quality for the agents through monitoring the calls with Feedback.
Ensuring stringent adherences to code of conduct

Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 1,75,000 P.A.
